VBC on espnW.com!

Just as when we were mentioned in the Chicago Tribune, espnW.com reporter Sarah Spain made reference to The Virginia Beer Company without using our actual name. And just like last time, we think it still counts! From the December 21st, 2014 article titled "For the Blackhawks' Ben Smith, music connects a talented family":

"Ben would sing, James would play piano, Chris (who recently left a career in finance to open a brewery in Williamsburg, Virginia) would play the guitar and drums, and youngest brother Will (a former soccer player at William & Mary) would play the guitar and sing."

Thanks for the mention, Sarah! Check out the full article here.

VBC in the Chicago Tribune!

Well not by name, but it still counts! From Philip Hersh's May 12, 2014 article titled "Love of music, hockey runs in Ben Smith's family":

"Second son Chris, 28, a drummer and guitarist, left a career in finance to open a craft brewery in Virginia. "

Chris' younger brother, Ben, is a forward for the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks. There are certain perks to being the brother of a professional athlete, including free press!
